Description
The Gold-tier documents: decarbonisation, travel planning and commitment
FORS Gold is about leadership: a long-term decarbonisation strategy with targets to net zero, a workplace travel plan, an enhanced fleet replacement plan, and evidence that you promote the scheme and share what you’ve learned. This pack provides all five Gold-specific documents, built on the structure of the official FORS v7.1 Progression Toolkit — plus the complete Bronze and Silver document sets included, so your whole three-tier evidence file comes in one download of 30 editable Word documents.
Every document is mapped to its requirement code, and the download is organised in Bronze, Silver and Gold folders so your evidence file builds tier by tier.
The 5 Gold documents
Gold Operational Performance Commitment Statement — the ultra-low emission fleet commitment with target dates, signed by senior management
FORS Promotion & Case Study — the case-study template evidencing measurable improvement since joining FORS, plus supplier promotion
Decarbonisation Strategy (G3) — well-to-wheel baseline and emissions targets for 2028, 2030, 2035, 2040 and net zero by 2050
Workplace Travel Plan (G4) — workplace audit, staff travel survey, targets, incentives and monitoring strategy
Fleet Replacement Plan — Gold (G7) — commitment table for 100% ultra-low emissions and zero-emission procurement ahead of phase-out dates
