The course combines engaging theory sessions with extensive practical exercises, ensuring you leave with the confidence and competence to handle real emergency situations. You'll learn from experienced instructors using the latest training equipment including AED defibrillators, CPR mannequins, and realistic scenario-based exercises.

Life-Saving Skills
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adults
- Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
