About the Transport Manager CPC Qualification
The Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) is the minimum qualification required for holding an operator licence and being fully compliant with the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995. Every Standard National and Standard International operator licence must have at least one nominated Transport Manager who holds this qualification, demonstrating professional competence to the Traffic Commissioner.
