Our cellar management course is designed to provide the neccessary knowledge for the effective storage, preparation and servicing of ales and beers covering aspects such as line cleaning and how to change a barrel. This course has a focus on reducing waste whilst maintaining the highest quality of beer and ale to be served to the customer. This course is suitable for all staff working behind a bar and/or serving drinks.

This is an online interactive course that is assessed via a final online assessment. Upon successful completion of the course you will recieve a Level 2 Award in Cellar Managment certificate from Hospitality Focus.
