About This Course
Our Level 3 Paediatric First Aid course has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework. This comprehensive blended programme combines online e-learning with hands-on practical classroom training, giving childcare professionals the knowledge and skills to respond confidently to a wide range of first aid situations involving infants and children.
The course is delivered in two parts: self-paced e-learning modules covering theory and knowledge (which can be completed at your own pace before the classroom day), followed by a practical classroom session where you'll gain hands-on experience using infant and child mannequins. Our experienced instructors create a supportive learning environment where you can build confidence and competence.
Meets All EYFS 2025 & OFSTED Requirements
This course is fully aligned with the updated EYFS 2025 framework and meets the criteria set out in Annex A of the statutory guidance. From September 2025, all registered early years providers must follow the new EYFS framework, making accredited training vital for compliance. Your certificate will be recognised by OFSTED, the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), and employers throughout the UK.
