About This Course
The Level 2 Neurodiversity in the Workplace course goes beyond basic awareness to give you the confidence and practical skills to actively support neurodivergent colleagues. Around one in five people is neurodivergent in some way, yet many workplaces still lack the understanding needed to harness the significant strengths that neurodivergent thinkers bring.
Delivered entirely online as an interactive course, this programme covers the most common neurodivergent conditions in workplace settings—exploring how they present, the challenges they can create, and the adjustments and management approaches that make a genuine difference. You'll finish with clear, actionable strategies you can apply straight away.

Conditions Covered in This Course
Neurodiversity is a Strength, Not Just a Challenge
Neurodivergent individuals often bring exceptional abilities—pattern recognition, creative thinking, hyperfocus, attention to detail, and innovative problem-solving—that neurotypical teams can lack. Level 2 training helps managers move beyond "managing difficulties" to actively unlocking these strengths. With the right environment and adjustments, neurodivergent employees frequently become some of the highest contributors in a team.

What Our Learners Say
I wouldn't hesitate to book again with NCT. 10/10 for the guys and girls in the office, the ones we don't get to see. The price as well, considering there I'd so many Lorry and Coach Drivers that, like me have left it to the last minute before renewing their CPC Cards. My advice on that one would be to shop around, I did and NCP were by far alot cheaper than most of the others I contacted.
Thankyou to Andrew, who was my Trainer for 4/5 modules and he is an absolute excellent teacher
Thankyou Guys
