About This Course
Our Level 1 Mental Health Awareness course provides a foundational introduction to mental health for anyone wanting to better understand this important topic. Whether you're looking to support colleagues in the workplace, help friends and family, or simply improve your own understanding, this course provides the knowledge you need.
The course is available in two formats: online self-paced learning that you can complete from any device at your own convenience, or instructor-led classroom training delivered at your workplace. Both options deliver the same NFAQ-accredited qualification and cover identical learning outcomes.
This is an Awareness Course, Not First Aider Training
Level 1 Mental Health Awareness provides a foundation understanding of mental health for all staff. It does not qualify you as a first aider for mental health. If you need to provide hands-on support and become a designated first aider for mental health, consider our Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health (1-day) or Level 3 Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (2-day) courses.

What Our Learners Say
I wouldn't hesitate to book again with NCT. 10/10 for the guys and girls in the office, the ones we don't get to see. The price as well, considering there I'd so many Lorry and Coach Drivers that, like me have left it to the last minute before renewing their CPC Cards. My advice on that one would be to shop around, I did and NCP were by far alot cheaper than most of the others I contacted.
Thankyou to Andrew, who was my Trainer for 4/5 modules and he is an absolute excellent teacher
Thankyou Guys
