Course Details
- Location: Choose between our dedicated Midlands-based facility or on-site training at your premises.
- Duration: 10 days for new instructors or 5 days for re-registration candidates.
- Certification: Upon successful completion, you will receive the RTITB Forklift Instructor Certificate, valid for 5 years.

To attend the course, you must have at least 6 months of industrial forklift operating experience and hold a current, in-date forklift certificate (Counterbalance or Reach).
Yes. Candidates must hold a valid RTITB (or recognised equivalent) operator certificate on the relevant machine type before starting the instructor course.

The standard RTITB Instructor course is 10 days long, including a final examination and assessment.
