CITB HS&E Test Resit
Did not pass first time? Book your resit here for £35, with the full online preparation course and 50 question mock exam included so the second attempt goes better than the first. Rebooked at your nearest Pearson Vue centre, usually within days.
About this test
A resit, plus the preparation to pass it
Failing the touch screen test is more common than people admit, and it is almost never because someone is incapable. It is because they sat it cold. This resit package fixes that. You get the test rebooked at your nearest Pearson Vue centre, and you get the full preparation course and a 50 question mock exam so you walk in knowing what is coming.
Use the mock as a diagnostic. Sit it once under exam conditions, see which subject areas cost you marks, reread those modules, then sit it again. When you are passing at 90 percent or better two attempts running, you are ready. Most people who fail once and then prepare properly pass comfortably.
Not sat the test at all yet? Book the CITB Operatives test, the Specialists test or the MAP test instead, and read our guide to CSCS cards if you are unsure which you need.

Who it’s for
Who the resit package is for
Anyone who needs to sit the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test again.
Failed first time
The most common reason. Prepare properly and the second attempt is usually straightforward.
Missed your appointment
Did not make it to the centre, so the booking and CITB fee were lost.
Turned away on ID
Arrived without acceptable photo ID and could not sit the test.
Expired pass
Your previous pass is more than two years old and no longer supports a card application.
Changed test type
Applying for a different card that needs a different version of the test.
Employers
Companies rebooking workers who did not pass, with block bookings available by phone.

National Compliance Training is an independent training provider and third party booking agent. We are not CITB and we are not part of CITB or CSCS. The CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test is a CITB product, delivered at Pearson Vue test centres, and the same test can be booked directly with CITB for the test fee alone. Our price includes the CITB test fee plus our rebooking service, preparation course, mock exam and support. Passing the test depends on your performance on the day, and no preparation product can guarantee a pass. Tests can be rescheduled free of charge with sufficient notice, normally at least 72 hours before your appointment. Missed appointments and ID failures forfeit the CITB test fee.
